Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, listen to music, play games, create a scrapbook and join our fun activities.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while your child will be taken care off by our competent activity team. Leave your Child 5 minutes before the class starts in the Fitness Studio. The babysitting option is available for children age 3-11. By booking this you also sign up to the Tabata Class.
