A circuit training class for kids from 8 years and their parents! We practise cardio and strength in different stations with an inspiring coach. Show up 5 min before class starts. Make one booking per participant.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Come and get your face painted in fantastic colors. Do you want to look like a pretty flower, a cool Spiderman or maybe a dangerous lion?
