Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Crazy jumps, spoon diving and swimming tournaments in the pool are some of the activities that make it fun to hang with us for this activity!
