Today's theme is "Animal Theme" were we focus on learning more about animals and how to take care of them. This activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

With focus on cardio, mobility and strength, this circuit training class is designed specifically for teens. It offers a safe and inclusive environment where they can move their bodies, build confidence, and improve their fitness — all while having fun, making new friends, and receiving guidance and encouragement from a dedicated Fitness/Sport Host.

Join Lollo the giraffe’s very own Water Aerobics in the pool. We dance and do crazy  exercises together with Lollo.

We play the classic and popular sports in various tournaments divided into teams. Who will win?  

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while letting your child engage in activities with our competent activity team. Please drop off your child at the Fitness Studio 5 minutes before the class starts. The babysitting option is available for children aged 3-11. By booking this, you are also signing up for the Power Pilates class.
