For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

Our Gym Circuit involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. During the workout you will work on your cardio and with weights, with short rest periods between.

Hang out in the Teen Lounge with our Teen Host. Here you can read, relax, talk, listen to music or join some of our games, crafts and activities.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Green Helpers".

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while your child will be taken care off by our competent activity team. Leave your Child 5 minutes before the class starts in the Fitness Studio. The babysitting option is available for children age 3-11. By booking this you also sign up to the Crosstraining class.

Try a fun Silent Mini Disco! Put on your headphones, follow easy dance moves, and groove to popular songs while enjoying a unique and joyful sunset experience.
