Aqua Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that takes place in the water. It combines the principles of Tabata training, which involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest, with the resistance and buoyancy provided by water. This unique combination creates a challenging and effective workout that delivers maximum results. Show up 5 min before class starts.

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts.

This class gives you the option to join the class on your own, or also have babysitting for your child at the same time! If you wish to have babysitting in addition of joining the Crosstraining class, sign up both yourself and your child in the same booking. Our activity team will take care of your child during the workout. Please drop off your child at the Fitness Studio 5 minutes before the class starts. The babysitting option is available for children aged 3-11.

Try a fun Silent Mini Disco! Put on your headphones, follow easy dance moves, and groove to popular songs while enjoying a unique and joyful sunset experience.

Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. You can book one or more hours: 18:30-19:30 and/or 19:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child, and during the first hour we serve pizza.
