Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Animal Theme" were we focus on learning more about animals and how to take care of them. This activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate.
