• From 13th of november you must present a certificate upon check-in to show that you have tested negative for active COVID-19 infection during the last 72 hours.

• New routines have been introduced for social distancing with distancing markers and protection glass at the reception desk.

We follow local guidelines for distance between people. The restaurants have flexible and extended opening hours to avoid crowding. Also increased distance between the tables and fewer tables have been introduced. New serving routines are applied, where food is served either as à la carte (table service) or as a buffet according to current recommendations and restrictions. Sunbeds at pools and beaches have been set to guarantee the guidelines of social distancing.

Extended deep cleaning of each room and updated cleaning routines at the hotel's public areas, such as pool areas, restaurants, lounges, toilets, gym, spa and Mini Land. Hand sanitizers are available around the hotel for guests and staff.

This means that we allow fewer participants, make sure to keep social distance and that more activities take place outdoors.
