Ever since I was 14 years old gym and group training has been a big part of my everyday life. For the last 10 years I have been working as an instructor and personal trainer and my biggest passion is to help other people have an active lifestyle that makes them feel good.
My Training Philosophy
For me it is really important that you find joy in what you are doing and therefore more likely find the routine that fits your life. My vision is that both the physical, mental, and social wellbeing is needed to find a healthy and balanced lifestyle and my goal as a personal trainer is to help you find the right tools for that.
